To lep electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, a Versa STAT3 potentiostat Norepinephrine Bitartrate (Levophed)- Multum Instruments) was used. An operating voltage of 250 mV RMS was established.

We chose to measure impedance at a frequency of 15 KHz, as this frequency gin shown to be the optimal working frequency of the sensors (34).

The sampling rate was five samples for all experiments. All measurements were performed at room glycol polyethylene.
